Summer Camp Policies:

Cancellations
A $25.00 administrative fee will be applied to all cancellations.  Cancellations are not permitted and refunds are not available less than three weeks prior to the start date of the camp except in the case of doctor-documented illness.

Transfers
A $25.00 administrative fee will be applied to all transfers. Transfers are not permitted less than three weeks prior to the start date of the camp except in the case of doctor-documented illness.

Camper Age
Children must be registered for the appropriate camp according to their age during the time of the camp.  Campers registered for the incorrect camp will be removed and an administrative fee of $25.00 will be applied.

Duplicate Registrations
Children may be registered for only one session of camp but may be put on multiple wait lists. Additional camp registrations will be removed and a $25.00 administrative fee will be applied.

Follow these 3 steps to register for Summer Camp:

 1. Choose your camp

  • CLICK HERE for detailed camp descriptions.

  • CLICK HERE to check which camp spots are still available.

Important!  

ü  Registration is limited to one week of camp per child. 

ü  Camps are designed for specific age groups. Children must be the correct age for the camp in which they are registered.  Campers registered for the incorrect camp will be removed and a $25.00 administrative fee will be applied.

ü  Transfer fees and cancellation fees of $25.00 will be applied.  Read our Summer Camp Policies for more details.

ü  If a camp session has filled, we encourage you to get on our wait list. You may put your name on more than one wait list and there is no charge. We will let you know when a spot becomes available.

2. Register

You will need the following information during registration:

ü  Current Aquarium membership and credit card numbers. Visa, MC, AMEX and Discover.

ü  Camper’s information such as mailing address, date of birth, and t-shirt size.

ü  Contact information (email & phone number)

Registering a returning camper?  Save time during registration by logging in as a returning user!  Make sure you know the username (email address) and password for your account.  If you are registering for the first time, an account will be created for you during registration.

 Please be patient.
 Please understand that we are assisting many people at once.  You may be temporarily placed on a hold page before continuing to the registration site. Stay on the hold page until you are transferred to the registration site or you will lose your place in line.

If you cannot register online, please call our Summer Camp Hotline during the hours between 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  Please be patient as our lines will be busy.

Please Note: You will not be able to switch camps, sessions or cancel registrations online. To do this you will need to call our Summer Camp Hotline. Fees will apply to transfers and cancellations.  Cancellations and transfers must be made no less than THREE WEEKS prior to the start date of the camp. Please read our Summer Camp Policies for more details. 

 

3. Complete the forms

Children cannot attend camp without completed forms. 

After you register, you will need to complete and submit camp forms.  These forms need to be completed within 3 weeks after registration. 

If you registered online, you will be directed to complete the forms online after registration. 

If you registered by phone, you may complete them online by using the links in your confirmation email.

In May, registered campers will be mailed a packet with summer camp program information, schedules, parking instructions and additional information to the mailing address you entered during registration.

PLEASE READ: Online Summer Camp Account Information:
Once you have registered for summer camp, an online account is set up for your family.  To access this account, you have a user name which is your email address and a password.  This account stays year after year and makes the registration process easier.

At any time you may log in to your account to view your registration information or view and print account statements. You may change your password from within your online account, but if you forget it, you may RESET YOUR PASSWORD here.  

Next time you register, be sure to login as a returning user and enter your user name and password! This will save you time during the registration process and will prevent you from creating a duplicate account.
